Tuesdays at the Village Hall are all about wellbeing, relaxation, exercise and good mental health. We are really pleased to be able to offer two fantastic community classes:

9-9.45am - BODY BALANCED WITH SAM

6-7pm - YIN YOGA WITH BETH

£5 per class. No booking necessary.

Sam’s wonderful Body Balanced exercise classes are 45min long and will focus on movements and mobilisations that improve fitness, posture, flexibility, core strength and the alleviation of pain and stress from the body. The class is particularly aimed at those new to exercise and/or have pain or stress in their body. Sam has a great deal of experience in teaching multilevel classes to a range of abilities and levels. All are welcome as everyone can improve their posture, flexibility and body symmetry.

"A little about me. My name is Sam and I live at the end of White Street with my partner Winnie and our son Timo. I live next door to my parents Nicky and Bob who I am sure many of you know. I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and before moving to Horningsham I ran an exercise referral and weight management scheme in London.”

Beth’s blissful Yin Yoga classes are relaxing community Yoga sessions that are really accessible and the perfect thing to do at the end of a busy Tuesday. Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that is not physically demanding but nonethless improves flexibility, relieves tension and reduces stress. Anyone can take part and all are welcome.sday.
